At Love, Cold Brew, we believe in producing quality coffee in a way that is sustainable for the environment.
In order to eliminate additional plastic waste, our cold brew concentrate is brewed, bottled, and shipped in glass jars. Not only is this better for the planet, but glass provides a lower steeping temperature, allowing your coffee to stay colder than coffee stored in plastic bottles.
Likewise, we want to reward YOU for cutting out plastic, too! You can return your empty jars from past orders to receive a discount on future cold brew orders!
How does returning jars work, exactly?
For Local Delivery Orders: If you live in or around Chicago, IL, and select our $6 Local delivery option, you can trade your empty jars when your coffee is delivered! It’s quick, easy, and at no cost to you!
For Out Of State Orders: For those looking to return jars out of state, contact us to receive a return label for your jars when ready to send them back! Simply place your empty jars back in their delivery box, apply the new label, schedule a USPS pick-up, or drop the package at your local post office! Customers do have to pay the shipping fee to return jars, but for every two returns, we cover your third!
Our cold brew is brewed and bottled in concentrate form. This allows you the freedom to dilute it to your preference!
Like strong cold brew? Same here! We bottle and distribute our cold brew in concentrate form allowing you to dilute it to your strength preference! Each pint of concentrate holds between 3-4 cups of diluted coffee pending your strength preference. Likewise, our quarts of concentrate hold between 6-8 cups of coffee!
We recommend a 1/3 concentrate, 2/3 cold water ratio for all of our concentrate, but you can dilute it in any way you’d like!
